"We have been using Dave to support National Plating since the late 90’s. He has helped us implement and maintain our ERP system, built and maintained our network/wireless network , computers, firewalls, backups, email, MS Office, remote access, and has been involved in all phases of our technology initiatives with cost effective solutions. Dave has also helped us in upgrading and repairing issues with our plating lines which utilize PLC controllers and a custom HMI. Additionally, Dave has installed and maintains over 40 IP security cameras and the NVR’s needed to record the video. Most recently Dave has installed two license plate cameras to capture license plates of vehicles entering and leaving our facility.
Downtime is very costly for us, and Dave makes sure that should something happen that impacts our ability to run that it is handle ASAP getting us back up and running quickly.
